APPLETON IS NOT INSURANCE. Appleton Dental Plan is a discount dental plan, not dental insurance. The Plan has many of the same benefits and few of the restrictions of traditional health insurance. Benefits include no yearly maximum, no pre-existing clauses, and no waiting periods. You will find the Plan is easy to understand and without “fine print,” claim forms, preapprovals or other cumbersome bureaucracy.
The benefits of Appleton Dental Plan are quite simple to enjoy. You will pay the dentist directly for services rendered, according to the fee schedule. There will be no forms to submit or time spent waiting for pre-approvals and coverage rates. It is our policy not to get involved in the dentist/patient relationship or dictate treatment plans or procedures.
